锻钢轮是所有胎面材料中承载最高的，能从容应对高温、焊渣、切屑以及会毁掉聚合物轮的地面损伤。
与焊接重型钢板支架搭配，构成面向最严酷工厂地面的 RM-Extreme 系列。
代价是地面和噪声：钢轮没有任何缓冲，因此只适用于本身就是钢板的地面、严重磨损的混凝土地面或轨道——不适用于成品地面。在仍需要一定载荷分散的场合，双轮锻钢结构可降低点载荷。
