Scope
This website is operated by Hefei RollMaster Industrial Co., Ltd. and presents the RollMaster manufacturing services. It is aimed at business buyers, not consumers, and it is presented for information only.
Information about processes, materials, tolerances, lead times and finishes is indicative. What you order is defined by the quotation and the order confirmation we agree with you.
Quotations and orders
Nothing on this website is a binding offer. A quotation is prepared for the drawing, quantity, material and finish you send us, and it is valid for the period stated in it.
Price, minimum order quantity, inspection requirements, packing and delivery terms are set per order in that document. Standard production lead time is 15–25 days and is confirmed per order; expedited schedules are quoted separately.
Your drawings and models
Drawings, models and specifications you send remain yours. We use them only to quote, to manufacture and to inspect what you ordered, and we keep them confidential.
We do not publish customer files, and we do not pass them to other buyers. If you need a formal confidentiality agreement before sending files, ask us and we will sign one.
Acceptable use
Use this website as it is intended: to evaluate our capabilities and to send inquiries. Do not use automated tools to scrape it, to submit bulk or misleading inquiries, or to attempt to interfere with the form, the challenge or the server.
The text, images and page structure of this site may not be copied or republished without our written permission.
Liability
The information on this website is provided as it is, and may change without notice. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of general information here rather than on a written quotation.
Liability for a specific order is governed by the agreed order documents, including any inspection and warranty terms recorded in them.
