Since our establishment in 2012, we have specialized in high-performance casters for automation, material handling and heavy-duty applications, exporting to Europe, Japan and North America.
Who We Are
Our 5,200-square-meter facility in Hefei's High-Tech Zone is home to 85 skilled professionals — including a 10-person engineering team — running five production lines for PU casting, nylon injection, metal stamping, CNC bracket machining and automated assembly.
We design and manufacture durable, low-resistance, high-load caster solutions for AGV/AMR platforms, industrial trolleys and carts, warehouse automation, medical equipment and food processing machinery.
Our Capabilities
At RollMaster, the wheel and the bracket are made in the same house. Our core business focuses on:
- ✓Caster manufacturing: swivel, rigid, total-lock and directional-lock casters from 30 kg to 2000 kg per wheel.
- ✓Wheel materials: polyurethane (cast and injected), nylon PA6, rubber, forged steel, stainless steel, phenolic and conductive compounds.
- ✓Business models: OEM manufacturing, ODM design, private labelling, standard catalog sales and replacement parts supply.
With a monthly output of about 100 tons (≈50,000–80,000 units), we handle samples and small batches with the same lines that run container volumes. Our standard lead time of 15–30 days keeps your supply chain responsive.
Quality & Compliance
Quality is our operational standard. We are certified under ISO 9001, and our in-house test lab runs dynamic load testing rigs and salt spray test chambers.
Load ratings are based on EN 12530 testing protocols, and every production batch is sampled before release. Batch documentation and material certificates are available on request.
